				<description>Job Summary:

Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring smooth airport operations and providing excellent customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights. They handle check-in procedures, boarding, baggage services, and assist passengers with their travel needs.

Key Responsibilities:
? Passenger Handling
Assist passengers during check-in and boarding
Verify passenger identification and travel documents
Issue boarding passes and baggage tags
Guide passengers to departure gates
? Baggage Handling
Weigh and tag checked luggage
Ensure baggage complies with airline policies
Coordinate with baggage handling teams
Assist passengers with lost or delayed baggage
? Customer Service
Address passenger queries and complaints
Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Assist special passengers (elderly, disabled, VIPs, unaccompanied minors)
?? Boarding &amp; Departure
Make boarding announcements
Ensure smooth boarding procedures
Check boarding passes and documents at gates
? Safety &amp; Security
Follow airport safety regulations and procedures
Ensure compliance with airline and aviation authority guidelines
Report any suspicious activity or security concerns
? Operational Support
Coordinate with airline staff, security, and other departments
Handle flight documentation and reports
Assist in flight arrivals and departures
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work in shifts (including nights and weekends)
Teamwork and coordination
Basic computer knowledge
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
Preferred: Graduate in any field (Hospitality/Aviation preferred)
Experience:
Freshers can apply
Prior experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
Salary Range (India):
Fresher: ?20,000 - ?25,000 per month
Experienced: ?25,000 - ?40,000+ per month</description>
