They ensure smooth passenger handling, safety procedures, and coordination between airline services and airport operations. ? Key Responsibilities ? Passenger Handling Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival Issue boarding passes and verify travel documents Handle special assistance passengers (elderly, disabled, VIPs) Resolve passenger queries and complaints professionally ? Ticketing & Reservations Manage ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling Provide fare information and travel policies Use airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) ? Baggage Handling Oversee baggage check-in and tagging Ensure proper loading/unloading coordination Handle lost, delayed, or damaged baggage complaints ? Boarding & Gate Operations Announce boarding information Verify boarding passes and passenger identity Ensure smooth and timely boarding process ?? Ramp & Aircraft Support (for some roles) Coordinate aircraft arrival and departure Guide aircraft parking (marshalling - trained staff) Support refueling, cleaning, and catering coordination ?? Safety & Security Follow airport safety protocols Ensure compliance with aviation regulations Monitor suspicious activity and report issues ? Customer Service Maintain a professional and friendly attitude Handle stressful situations calmly Ensure a positive passenger experience ? Eligibility Criteria Education: 10+2 / Graduation (preferred) Age: Usually 18-30 years Languages: English + Hindi (additional languages are a plus) Experience: Freshers can apply; experience preferred ? Required Skills Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts) Good problem-solving ability Basic computer knowledge Teamwork and coordination skills ?
