As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting airline passengers and ensuring a smooth and safe travel experience. You will handle check-in, security, boarding, and customer service duties at the airport.
Key responsibilities include checking passengers in, tagging luggage, guiding travelers through security checkpoints, assisting with boarding procedures, providing information and assistance to passengers, solving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
We are looking for candidates who are 10th pass with 0-6 years of experience in customer service or hospitality. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have a positive attitude, be a team player, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
